Awards

Nontrads and Academic Professionals are recognized for their work to support nontraditional students. Members who go above and beyond in their respective positions, and who exemplify those who support (throught action) non-traditional students throughout the year are eligible for awards presented annually at our annual conference.

Scholarships

ANTSHE seeks to promote leadership and campus involvement, academic and personal success, and community engagement by offering scholarships to its members. Scholarships are awarded annually and are presented at our annual conference. ANTSHE currently awards five scholarships: President's Scholarship for Graduate Students, Kazimour Scholarships for Undergraduate and Graduate Students, The Founder's Scholarship, and The ANTSHE Board of Directors Scholarship. ANTSHE anticipates adding additional scholarships as funding allows.

Conferences

ANTSHE Conferences are held annually, and focus on different areas of interest pertaining to nontraditional students. The annual conference highlights areas of effectiveness and areas of need that have a direct impact on the nontraditional students and professionals, both on campus and online.

Nontrad Friendly Schools

Each year ANTSHE recognizes schools that they consider to be Nontrad Friendly based on the information provided in the Nontrad Friendly Survey and a thorough review of the services provided to nontraditional students at the nominated school. Schools that are considered to be the most Nontrad Friendly are presented awards at our annual conference.

Fundraising Events

Have you ever considered having a fundraising event at your college/university to support your adult learner program? Are you interested in finding out more about some of the ways that ANTSHE can help you to raise funds for your nontrad program? Fundraising events are a great way to raise funds for your adult learner program. Funds can be used to help celebrate National Nontrad Week held the first full week in November each year, or to help fund your nontraditional students to be able to attend the ANTSHE Conference.
